Well Points can only be used on perks, not spells.
Unfortunately, I think they're going to move on from the topic of magic, to another supernatural, Hoping for werewolves!
I just wish the different packs, each contributed a new spell. But I guess mods will do...
Someone made a mod, Tome of Climatio, teaches the caster to change the weather/season at will
and a Vampify to turn others into vampires, but you have to have maxed the vampire lore to unlock the spell.
