I don't believe they were going for 100% real world accuracy. It's not like Sims live in those real world places the team just uses them as a reference. They most likely chose llamas because it's iconic to the Sims not based on location.
I kind of think jungle adventure doesn't need a refresh when compared to some other packs but I do hope we can live there one day.
And I would love to get more animals overall. Pigs, sheep, goats, water Buffalo, deers etc.
I think Jungle Adventure deserves a refresh:
New residential neighborhood
Nectar making
Pottery (there's some clay items in the pack)
They also need to make those woven baskets usable and give them some placement slots so we could put fruits and vegetables in them.
If pottery comes first before Jungle Adventure refresh, then woven instead pottery (not sewing)
