I just had the most disturbing thing happen in my game?

First I want to say that I don't have any mods that would cause this type of stuff to happen, and if there is a place I can go to bring this to someone's attention? The situation is having an adult...

Sounds like it could be an oversight with the hidden roommate traits. There is a hidden roommate trait where the roommate will serenade to another sim. If they do that regardless of their age then it should be posted as a bug over at Answer HQ.
