- I just wish they would add photoframe versions of these items in the game itself like the frames from painting section are so pretty but we only got basic frames for photography and paintings our sims make *sighs*
I don't like using CC since I put my builds on gallery n all - So cool @becks1112 great to know you got able to put them in game, on my end I'd love to see my own frames in TS4 like I saw them in TS2. (and other 3d stuff I made too)

You should do it! I thought it would be really complicated, but it's actually not. I'm not a tech person and i figured it out from the YouTube video., "becks1112;c-18276851" wrote:

Thank you @becks1112 these frames are simple low poly models but I did some others not so simple as these frames are, and they can make pretty decent buy/build objects.

I always UVmap my models with a checkered pattern, as 3d content markeplace's quality control depts test the Uv maps with a similar checkered pattern. (I sell 3d content too) ;)
Browsing the forums I found some info about a software called "Sims 4 Studio" is that software what you used to import your screenshots to the game? does it import original 3d models? I guess it should be a proccess like the ones I did with Simpe or S3pe for other game installments.
P.S.: My apologies for "hijacking" your thread with my questions and screenshots.- allthemore442 years agoSeasoned Ace

Yes, I did it with Sims 4 Studio and the GIMP image editor (could also use a different image editor). Both are free. - Thanks again, I use the Gimp too, (and Corel Photo-Paint) I'm allergic to the $ub$cription model, then I actively reject Adobe Photoshop, on the other hand, all brushes and some other plugins for PS works very well with the Gimp. ;)

Sims 4 Studio is a very easy to use program plus the forum there is full with easy tutorials and there is a nice community who will help beginners. I can highly recommend to try it if you ever pondered to start with easy cc projects.
Thanks! If it's this easy, I'm definitely going to start making at least paintings/framed photos. Maybe recolor some CAS items.
