I like the upcoming Likes and Dislikes feature, but I'm wondering...

I may have misunderstood it, but because you have 20 likes/dislikes the gig pulls randomly out of these 20 likes/dislikes that the sim has. Meaning, if a sim only has four, you would get the same ones every gig.
I might be wrong though, but that’s how I understood it
