My save that has been going on for about 7 or 8 years finally corrupted.
I am starting a new one and once I have a handful of my sims set up, I think I will use that as a master save and start playing specific households in copies of the save. But, this time I think I will let Neighborhood Stories run and go about trying to make all the changes make sense by adapting the households to whatever happens.
That's how I'm playing right now. NS can take over and I will do damage control! I can't play For Rent or City Living the way I want to, so I'm just letting the game take over and correcting things I don't want in my neighborhood stories.
Edit: High Traits and Skills in the Science Career effect alien abductions in a serious way. You will have a lot of alien babies if you don't have a household consisting of 8 sims.
Robotics and Science in this game bring the aliens in. A rocket scientist will test this to the extreme. 🙂
