Other things that fit the theme of a hospital or provide things to do for fun after the list is complete are:
- SE food vending machines in the lobby for visitors (staff ones in staff room too).
- Massage table and therapy pool (PT suite)
- Pharmacy type area stocked with various potions/serums/herbal remedies (you could possibly even make these buyable on this lot with Ravasheen's retail mod - not sure if it was tested on this lot type)
- Hospital gift shop (possibly functional with mod) that sells flowers, fruit bowls/baskets, stuffed bears, balloons, books etc.
- Cafeteria using the DU cafeteria counter (haven't tested this idea) and maybe the Café espresso bar too (might need a fee/vendor mod)
- Food booths and activities added to the open street with TOOL. These should be available when at the Police Station too.
all beautiful ideas, but I wanted to just make a hospital to do the dr career easily and less walking, all those things would look amazing though. Thanks for all the aweSim ideas :)

Visit the lot, open the cheat console with control-shift-c and type bb.enablefreebuild. Once you've done that, you can enter build/buy on the lot and build/buy to your heart's content.
Just be careful that you don't make changes such that the lot no longer meets the requirements for the lot type, or I am pretty sure it will stop functioning.
Yeah I am very careful, I think I basically just moved around what is there and then added, I did not delete anything so I knew the hospital should still work, but I am still testing it at the moment, once I am 100 percent sure it works perfectly then I will upload it. I already had to add two more beds ;)
