It's hilariously random. Sim gets drafted to walk along the road as a prop "meh, just lets roll the dice on what to wear today" Variety of fixed "event outfits"? What's that? Nonono, we don't do that here. Here, wear that police hat to a traditional chinese outfit, and dont forget to put on the old man socks. Since DU it has really gotten bad.
