    This has been resolved.  I finally figured out how to get the chat help thing to work. Lol sorry, I'm new to this stuff.  Anyway, I talked with someone named Ashish and they were absolutely great!! They understood the problem and gave me a refund on one of the charges.  I appreciate them so much.  They were great.  

    Thank you all for the help and steering me in the right direction.  The Sims community has the best people! 😁
