If the website host permits it, there's probably nothing you can do. One person's shocking is another person's ho hum as usual. Unless the content actually violates laws, it is unlikely that anything you could say would get it taken down. Then there is the matter of which jurisdiction applies to the website where the content is hosted. EA doesn't police all websites of custom content - there are far too many of them to make this practical in any way. Unless the content is a direct threat to EA's bottom line, and more so than the cost of attorney's fees, there is no reason for EA to even file a lawsuit.
thank you. so much. that totally answers my question. I didn't give any details in my original post, you don't even know what it is or what I want to ask. why do you think I'm not saying what it is? it's THAT serious.
