Short answer op is you can't. There is no emergency line for disturbing 3rd party content. You may contact the gurus through Twitter, (and if you don't have one that seems like a you issue) or take it up with the websites host. But EA and Maxis are not responsible for third party content and really will not do anything. Sorry it's not the answer you want. I'm sorry there are sick people in the world who do sick things but there is no help for you through here.
