If the content in question depicts something illegal, then it may be against rule 6 of the user agreement.

The only resource they give in the user agreement is https://help.ea.com/en/
Try going to Contact Us ---> Report Concerns or Harassment---> Report Player or Website (whichever)

I've never had to do this myself. Hope it helps.
