I never knew.....
My sim was using the toilet and the next thing I see is the fire notification. As it turns out, the toilet caught fire!. I have never seen this before in my game. Has this happened to anyone else?.

This happens without upgrades on an off the grid lot.. it says something about adding an insect farm to prevent it but, I havn't tried that or know why an insect farm would be useful.
