I really like this. It is appealing to the eyes. It makes me want to redo Magnolia Promenade now.

I redid this area as well, as I never visited there except for occasionally when I visited the spa, but since I have a better spa in a different neighborhood, I saw no reason not to change mine. I put in a "boarding school," homeless shelter for both humans and pets, and a bakery that was there from before and it owned by one of my sims. Haven't decided what to put into the last lot.My "boarding school" is just a house with a sim who acts as headmaster and helps focus the sim children and teens attending there on their school work and skills. Someday I hope they add actual boarding schools back into the game.

I redid this area as well, as I never visited there except for occasionally when I visited the spa, but since I have a better spa in a different neighborhood, I saw no reason not to change mine. I put in a "boarding school," homeless shelter for both humans and pets, and a bakery that was there from before and it owned by one of my sims. Haven't decided what to put into the last lot.

My "boarding school" is just a house with a sim who acts as headmaster and helps focus the sim children and teens attending there on their school work and skills. Someday I hope they add actual boarding schools back into the game.

Absolutely fantastic. And it looks really chic and happening <3

I also just rebuilt magnolia Promenade. I really want this to be my young adult Hot Spots world. Can't really get it right yet with the exclusion of age specific doors. (I really hope EA will give us the opportunity for those type of lot traits that would allow specific ages on a lot, or maybe someday a modder will be able to get this exact.) I'm appreciative to what has been done by Littlemisssam, so far, she has gotten closer to making this type of mod, but it is still limited.

Love what you've done with Magnolia Promenade - it looks awesome!

I myself, have made Magnolia Promenade into a hub for restaurants. A nice central area where my Sims can go out to eat :).
