I rebuilt Magnolia Promenade!

I redid this area as well, as I never visited there except for occasionally when I visited the spa, but since I have a better spa in a different neighborhood, I saw no reason not to change mine. I put in a "boarding school," homeless shelter for both humans and pets, and a bakery that was there from before and it owned by one of my sims. Haven't decided what to put into the last lot.

My "boarding school" is just a house with a sim who acts as headmaster and helps focus the sim children and teens attending there on their school work and skills. Someday I hope they add actual boarding schools back into the game.
