That would be awful seeing as we're missing SO MANY OCCULTS.
The Simsguru said they need to spend more time & effort on next occults, I hope they're not telling lies.
If no more GP, then they may add those occults in the GP refresh?
Werewolves==>Vampires
Fairies==>RoM
Zombies==>Strangeville
Imagine Friends==>Parenting
Sorry, can’t see them losing that money that comes with a new occult pack. That’s like giving us pets in a base game. - SheriSimSeasoned HotshotI’d really like to see them update ‘Get to Work’ with a few things, mostly a change to the retail system where you don’t have to own a retail business to set it up and sell things ( kind of like dine out ).
I’d like to see magnolia promenade be given more lots
I’d like to see sixam get a lot or two and be livable.
I’d like to see a clothing challenge ( have to pay for clothing like the simple living challenge ).
I’m not sure if they have changed it or not but I’d like to be able to have sims be able to keep using lab equipment and making potions if they quit their job as a scientist. Mad scientists often work from home
How about being able to send sims to the hospital when they are sick to get treated.
Detectives should be able to bust sims that steal, and put them in jail.
Also, could we be able to please have a job as a fireman with a dedicated fire station to work in?
I think that we should be able to alter the work lots, without using cheats, as ong as we keep certain items on the lot,
Why can’t our sims enter work buildings when a household we are playing is not working there? - SheriSimSeasoned Hotshot

If EA are struggling with the effects of Covid and their staff working from home, how will this new strain affect the release of new packs.
Well the new strain ( Omicron ) does not seem to be as deadly as the delta was (at least for those vaccinated ). There are very few hospitalizations snd death for those that are vaccinated, however, they might still have developers work at home. But, with mask mandates in effect in California….. and having boosters protect fairly well, it seems like developers might be able to collaborate more. - CybersbeSeasoned NewcomerIf they're making updates to packs that have already been released, I'd like for there to be an update to Island Living that turns lifeguards into a playable career, and while they're at it, allow NPC lifeguards to save Sims who are drowning.

- SimmerBerkay29Rising NewcomerWhen is the new roadmap for The Sims 4 coming?
- @logion Thanks for sharing the survey. It would be very interesting to know the results. Well, let's hope there will be some more refreshes in the future. Maybe it is like you said and they are just unsure themselves at the moment, which is also very possible.
- Edit: Omitted cause I didn't read something correctly.

Maybe they also want to wait and observe sales results for a little longer, especially before everyone got their X-Mas gifts. Also, I think they might not be starting to work on another pack refresh before they see the results. Also I'm pretty sure it will take them at least 3 months of work on a pack refresh, possibly even longer as they will probably use people that are currently free to work on something, I doubt they have a special pack refresh team.
I still wonder how Spa Day got that many votes.
I agree that they wouldn’t have a special refresh team.
Maybe it’s the game pack team and rather than make a new concept they’re asked to tweak an existing pack? ???♂️.
The game pack least to get a refresh I think is StrangerVille. I can’t see how they’d add the to the mystery or tweak things.
At the moment my Sims can’t harvest bizarre fruit from the plants and I have to buy it at Erwin’s stall ??♂️.- catloverplayerSeasoned Ace

Why nobody trust Maxis ?
They said no new "refresh" update is planned.
They said The Sims 4 is here for years, probably 15 years after the launch.
Refresh only shouldn't happen, more Game Packs will be released.
Many games under development are postponed due to COVID-19, maybe Maxis is slowed down too.
I haven't seen Maxis say there wouldn't be anymore refreshes.
