I think I understand why there's a welcome party

I bought all of the Bewitched episodes on iTunes. I've seen that episode it's funny. At my work there is a co-worker who calls any nosy neighbor a Gladys Kravitz. I  I'd love her name to be synonymous with a nosy neighbor they way a mean spirited interfering neighbor is a Karen in our vernacular.
