I need advice from fellow simmers!
So, I feel like I have made so much progress in my game and now I just feel the urge to start over and make new choices with different sims. Also, I’ve been obsessing over the Sims that I’ve been seeing in the maxis renders that are up on the gallery and I want them in my game too.
Should I start completely over or just create a new save for a new game?
And if I do create a new save for a new game will it slow down the performance of the game?
Or is it not worth it to start over at all?
I make new saves all the time. I would do that first and see if your performance is impacted. If you feel like it is, you can backup your old save to another drive or folder as another poster mentioned. Carl's Sims 4 Guide has a walkthrough here: http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/help/save.php
