I want to buy ROM But...Closed. I have my answer. Thank you.

If I put this game in my library, do I have to play the magic part if I just want it for the world? While it is still on sale I thought I would grab it but not if I have to play the magic part to live...

I did buy it yesterday and I do like the look of the little town. Haven't moved in any sims yet, but I will. Thank you for all your advice. Much appreciated.
