I want to stop rain in my game

Hi, I'm annoyed with raining in game. I turned the rain off in the game option but still raining. How can I stop rain?

I understand! Got spring in Brindleton, was raining e-ve-ry-day... Got depressed, switched back to sims 3... Lol.
