Of course. Sims are generally more likely to win fights with a higher fitness skill.

Now, suppose I want to do it as a spell caster...?

Get your fitness up to 7+ and you have a chance. Fitness seems to trump things like Vampiric might. Kalmainu'u beat him in one shot but she had a 10 fitness and she's a special character.

Do it on a new moon. Both times my vampire has slammed Greg were new moon nights.

Deleriate spell- would something like that weaken him? Or Despairo?
