It honestly makes waaay more sense to me that this GP would encourage more non-builders to build, than it would builders to play livemode.

idk....I like the client reactions tbf it's the only thing motivating me to do the renovations, but I only do them for unplayed townies/premades, for my own sims I build the whole house/appartment anyway without constrictions.
I really only care about the buildings if I play with/in them, guess that is not the same for all builders/players tho.
