I Wish there was????

I wish there was an option on houses apartments etc in build mode or live mode to select the house apartment as NOT Available. so other sims cant move in unless the player unselects it. I started a b...

Bug fixes and everything in the past sim generations Sim1 Sim2 and Sim3, but made to obviously fit Sims4 so that it doesn't break the game.
