I wonder if we can place the portal in other worlds
You know this object will be found in buy debug. I'm hoping it can be placed in other worlds to teleport. I've asked Ninja and Romeo on Twitter.

I would have preferred if it was like Get to Work, the Alien Portal, where you have to build/restore the portal. Like you stumble across an ancient archway, "who built it? why is it here? what are these markings on the ground?" and decipher the runes on the ground, gather what those symbols mean, and use your magic to open the portal. I would be more interested about the portal and the Realm of Magic if that was the approach.
But to answer the question, It would be a hidden object.
That would be so cool! Opening up a dormant/damaged gateway to the Realm by solving the mystery of the runes. Then there would be a history to the portal that would add more to the story and the player could choose the wise Sim who uncovered it and made the initial connection. Nice!
