I couldn’t agree more. They don’t even need to have a separate neighbourhood or venue for this to be done (although they could definitely add one — I wouldn’t complain). They could just create a new holiday/ event type, but one lasting a few days, with achievable goals and desirable rewards (like a new trait or unique couple-oriented objects). With rental lots or resorts, or something like them, honeymoons could happen anywhere in TS4’s worlds from Selvadorada to Windenburg to Sulani. There could even be destination weddings, plus honeymoons with couple activities.
These activities could include couple massages, slow dancing for two, walking together holding hands (aimlessly or to view a natural sight or a sunrise or sunset), sharing a fancy dessert or a meal with new interactions, cuddling on some kind of couples’ ride (maybe they could expand sailing or add boats for two), using some new woohoo spots (the shower etc), cuddling and kissing while lying on a bed, (or in front of a fire on a faux bear skin rug), sharing champagne, feeding each other chocolates or chocolate strawberries, etc.
I would definitely welcome more purposeful or expanded weddings with honeymoons in this game. They would add so much!
