I wouldn't mind in game ads if they put them on billboards and maybe in-game TV commercials?

The budget isn't really based around the profits, if you're thinking it's not making enough or something. I'm not sure what they base their budgets on, but profits get spread out across a bunch of EA properties, it doesn't all come right back to Maxis. So even if you did include ads (which would have to be converted into simlish and thus pretty pointless anyways, unless we're talking packs like Katy Perry lol), that wouldn't really reflect on a bigger budget down the line.
