The competitive side of me wants to try it someday. At the end of the day though, it is your game. I think people created these challenges for fun and keep things from getting boring for themselves. But, if you're not having fun and it's boring to you, then what is the point? Play the way that is fun for you. Create your own challenges that you might find fun.
