If a sim gets an F in a class do they have to take it over?
I have a sim that got 2A+ and one F, not sure how that happened, but she ended up with a B average...... does she have to take F course again?

Yes and no. Your sim won't get credit for that class, so yes, she will need to take another. But the classes are kind of random, so you might not get that same exact class when you register.
