If Hotels Are Not A Feature in EP7 Is That A Deal-breaker For You?

I would really like a Game Pack around hotels though that lets us build hotels in every world. Basically how it was in the Sims 2 Bon Voyage but with more features, similar how they did it with restaurants in Dine Out.
