If Hotels Are Not A Feature in EP7 Is That A Deal-breaker For You?

All I need is to place a retail lot on the island and use it as a vacation home instead of a business.
I don't want my sims to live there; only to vacation there. It will be a vacation home. I hope they at least allow that.
