If my sim is wearing leggings only (no pants), is she considered naked?

I've always wondered how the game processes "leggings" which are found under accessories and not bottoms. While I understand that they are useful in that category to stylize with bottoms, obviously a...

Same as Netzspannung. Before I got Spa Day I only had 1 pair of bottoms that looked like workout tights and they were in the hose/leggings category. They were considered clothed. At least I didn't notice any difference between them and others who wore trousers.
