I’ve worked on casual games before and I can tell you that to have a game actually make money on mobile platform is EXTREMELY hard and having a big IP such as the sims behind you is no guarantee at all. It’s true you can make a lot of money but that happens once in a million times lol EA is totally delusional if they think that’s how they’re gonna make money.
From a player’s point of view why would I spend 100 times more money on a game app that is far more limited than it’s counterpart on PC? Paying real cash to have my sim poop faster is simply not rewarding at all. It’s boring.
