TS2 and TS4.
TS2 you actually had to plan ahead -- if you wanted new clothes you had to go buy them
That was one of the best things about TS2, I loved the fact that you had to take your sims to town to get new clothes or buy groceries. In fact EA missed a trick here, if they had continued to use that system in TS4 they could have had sponsorship from clothing companies again like H&M in TS2 and made a few extra dollars, which they could have re-invested in the game.
Oh well, it wasn't to be."TheStarHermit;c-16725290" wrote:

The endless wardrobe and never empty refrigerator was from Sims 3. I wouldn't mind having an option to order things on the computer, like clothes or groceries, but the items would cost more than going to the physical store -- you'd be paying for the convenience just like with much of online shopping (some grocery stores deliver the food ordered online but you have to pay a delivery charge, for a Real World example)."fruitsbasket101;c-16724240" wrote:
This is a hard one for me. If I had no restrictions I think i'd combine TS2, TS3, TS4, and the sims medieval. But if we only get two...hmm i'm thinking TS3 and the TS4 with a few elements from TS2 and medieval. I can't just choose two. :D
I feel the same way I pick sims 2 and sims 4 I want the fears from sims 2 and the easy deaths for sims with the sims 4 personalities and
emotion and also the ability to not have to feed your sims as much as you do in 2 also better chance cards like in 2 and no death warnings oh and the ease of getting into fights of sims 2 where an enemy is an enemy
and sims 4 toddlers and sims 2 babies- For me, 3 and 4, I like the graphics and all the things I could do in 3. I like the way the sims move in 4.
- woww sims 2 and 4 plsss,,
- RadioAC7 years agoNew VanguardEverything from 2 with some of the quality of life improvements from 4 and just in higher definition. I've mulled over whether I'd like a TS2 game with TS4 looking sims but I'm not sure that I would. They just wouldn't look the same personality wise but slightly higher quality models and textures would be great.
- ck2137 years agoLegendI would rather pick features from all four, but it would have to be TS2 and TS3 for me.
- Duhgirl2u27 years agoSeasoned AceFor me it'd be Sims 3 and 4. I'd love to combine the drag and click options from TS4 cas and the multitasking with TS3's game play in general. Mostly, I'd love to see a world adventures style expack for it more like TS3's rather than 4's. I don't play the jungle adventure much because it is disappointing to me. Just one town/location and one real tomb to raid. I loved the puzzles and the adventure of TS3 so I'd want to combine the two games to get the best of both worlds.
Also, I miss the terrain tools so very much. - LolaLuvsSims7 years agoSeasoned AceIf I could combine TS2 and TS3 then wrap it up in TS4 graphics with the toddlers I'd probably spend all of my free time playing.
