I am going to say Seasons, Vampires, and Kids Room Stuff. However, doing so cuts deep from losing Island Living, Realm of Magic, and MFP (not a lot of room for full pets that are basically decorations, so I use small pets and I love the bulbalus tie in with kids room) from my most common playstyle.
Honestly, though, my main builds and families rely on a lot of stuff from different packs. Cool Kitchen for example is not exactly a stellar pack, but I love Sims 4 ice cream and nearly every big time build has one. There are also some mundane things in absolutely every house like washers, dryers, umbrella racks, thermostats, holiday decorations tubs, etc.
