If you could remake any world, which one would you choose?

Say it was up to you to remake/redesign any one of the worlds in The Sims 4, there's no limit and you can do whatever you want to it. Which one would you go for and why? As the poll is limited to ...

Magnolia Promenade Is too tiny. I would love to see the hospital and police station there as places any sim can visit. Also more lots in general would be nice so players can add shops, houses, apartments or whatever they choose. A community garden would be nice as well.
