If you could remake any world, which one would you choose?

Brindleton Bay or Windenburg (island and harbour) need to be swim- and boatable. All other world's problems (some being vacation only, the few lots in general or the atrocious giant, empty, unuseable neighborhood around the police station/hospital) are just so minor to me in comparison.
