If you could remake any world, which one would you choose?

Say it was up to you to remake/redesign any one of the worlds in The Sims 4, there's no limit and you can do whatever you want to it. Which one would you go for and why?

As the poll is limited to only 10 options and there are more worlds than that, there is an 'other' option to write one in basically.

  • All words for me but Del Sol Valley needs this the most. Very few residential lots. Only three lots in The Pinnacles. Only four community lots in Starlight Boulevard. There are lots of things missing here.
  • I would definitely remake Glimmerbrook. I'd add as many lots and neighborhoods as possible. I don't want my witches hanging around in bars or libraries in Windenburg... they deserve their own gloomy, witchy, dark aesthetic and not some out of place looking build that sells potions which had to be placed on other worlds because of the lack of space in Glimmerbrook. :disappointed:
  • Windenberg to be colorful, it's kind of depressing to look at.
Glimmerbrook to have more plots, I find it's ambiance charming
Magnolia Promenade to house the hospital, police station that came with get to work. 3 retail stores is ridiculous
  • I would split a few lots in half and add a few more to fill the empty space there is to begin with : D Del sol Valley isn't bad. It's just not good either.
  • There's a few worlds I think are in need of an upgrade.

Glimmerbrook & Forgotten Hollow - I'm putting these two together because they are absolutely beautifully unique and amazing worlds, with just one major problem: they're too small. :( Granted it doesn't suit them to be the size of Windenberg or even Willow Creek, but I would like to see them have a few more lots at least. Anywhere from 8-10 lots (which would only be 3-5 extra) would be fine in my opinion. That way they'd still have the small town vibe, but would also have more space. Literally, this is the only problem... they just need more lots and they'd be perfect.

Evergreen Harbor - I actually really love this world too, but I don't like the aesethetic they used for the fake buildings since I typically try to match the actual real buildings to the surrounding area, and I just can't do it here. I just absolutely hate the whole industrial look/architecture.

Del Sol Valley - Come on, what did you expect? Of course I'd remake Del Sol Valley... it's just so lackluster all around. Having residental lots by the beach would have been PERFECT. It is much too small for the kind of world it's supposed to be (since it's based off of Los Angeles) and the lots are just eeeekkk. :#

The worlds/neighborhoods I gravitate towards in the sims 4 are the ones that have “neighborhood amenities”. The neighborhoods just feel bare with only the trash bins. I was really hoping that when you inacted the green and modern NAPs you would get parks/playground, gardens, chess tables. Especially in that one neighborhood with the vacant lot. Just feels like something is missing. Also still upset he balconies don’t work in the apartment. That was a major let down.

This is pretty much exactly how I feel. Evergreen Harbor has lots of spaces between livable lots and not nearly enough activities in those spaces.

  • Del Sol Valley needs work. No question about it.

I wasn't exactly disappointed since I only got the Get Famous pack in the recent pack sale and after reading reviews etc. But even then, the limitations of the world is still annoying.

Aesthetically, it is too small to feel immersive. This is supposed to be all about glitz and glamour in a Hollywood-ish world. But it just feels like a small town about on par with Willow Creek or Britechester. In contrast, Windenburg feels more like a vibrant city than Del Sol Valley, even though it has a less built-up look to it.

Functionally, there should be 1 more neighbourhood that represents/houses the middle-class Sims/mid-level celebrities. Similar to how San Myshuno has 4 neighbourhoods and the Myshuno Meadows special lot.

I mean, it is kinda ridiculous that a small university town like Britechester can fit all the premades (albeit in uni dorms) whilst some of the Del Sol Valley premade celebs are essentially reduced to camping in Ward Park or something. At this point, I'm using Oasis Springs as an extension of Del Sol Valley and having celebs live there instead to workaround this issue. -_-''
