You move out like you would if you were moving regularly so it's no longer yours.
So if you want to move back in after you're done with uni, your best bet is to get a "housesitter" whom you can move in with after graduation. Or, at the very least, make sure you're bringing all your personal things if you don't plan on moving back to the same house.
