If you were to build a gazebo in winter will it stay green underneath?

yes its the same thing as they said putting a "roof" or "ceiling" over the ground will make it sheltered no snow no rain and plants will grow yr round as if in a greenhouse. however im pretty sure sims will still die from cold or get hot if there is not walls
