This sounds awesome! I would probably add a dedicated music room somewhere. Also a conservatory which is like an indoor greenhouse (like the one at Biltmore). Biltmore has some interesting basement areas too such as an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, a gym, and a dedicated Halloween room. I would look up some other grand houses like that for ideas.
Ah, great! The MUSIC ROOM is a must! Assuming the base instrument would be a grad piano, but a violin would suit well too. Can't imagine the royal teens playing el guitars in there :)
The GYM also sounds like a must! Would normally place it in the basement, as one of the rooms not really in need of daylight, but in this case it might be more delicate if higher up. I'm not so sure about the pool though, as it normally attracts both household and servants as one of their top favorite things to do. I know I could always lock the door though... but a hottub might be easier on a higher floor.
Also like the CONSERVATORY (is that the same as an orangery?) - there is a nice room with lots of sunlight that would be perfect. It could even cut through the ceiling allowing for palms etc, but I think I might need the 2d floor for some other feature.
I don't have the bowling pack, btw.
Yes, I think it is the same or almost the same.
