Please help me with the staff titles :)
I will of course have to pretend that the staff counts "100 employees", but a few key functions I want to personalize. There will be a live-in Butler (not the Glamor butler, but a playable sim), a Cook, and then the head of the administration, which is the title I'm looking for. I did some research, but it's hard searching for a title/term you don't know about...
I found "Attendant", which I understand is of administrative/coordinating sorts of tasks. This might be a good option.
But in my head there is also the "Intendant" of "Superintendant" but I get misc matches when I search. Is there even a title like this, at a castle? I understand this might be more of overseeing maintenance of buildings etc, but I'm not sure if it could also oversee other operations like keeping track on the Monarch's schedule. I know they would have a personal secretary, or at least a household secretary, but it would get too detailed with the 8 sims limit...
What I'm looking for is basically one hired person to coordinate all administrative matters. I think the Monarch will still have direct contact with the Butler, who again will be head of all servants, so this new coordinator would not be in charge of the staff beyond practical issues, of course. Or, hmmm... would it be against protocol to let the Monarch have frequent contact with the Butler...?
