Thanks! You are totally right @Oldeseadogge - my castle is not even as big as a better RL manor, LOL, but I need to compromise all along. Lot size is the first problem, then my game would lag badly if I filled a large lot with max content. Then, the game never released a "Royal Living" pack, so I would need to fill my poor computer with tons of CC to add the extra royal touch. Finally, I want to use all rooms frequently, building something that I will never play do not appeal to me.
But yes, I could call it something else but a castle. There's not even additional land surrounding it, it's technically just a residential lot in a neighborhood. In my game I tend to pretend lots of things, so I imagine the building is much bigger, that there exists a couple more floors, that most rooms are bigger or that thee are other alternatives that are bigger, more additional buildings, a staff counting 50+ employees, that there actually exists huge fields leading up to the castle, and also behind it, including some land on the outskirts of the property that is let to farmers who even delivers fresh food to the castle. When they throw a gala dinner I will be restricted to invite 10+ guests, but I will imagine that there are 200 - to avoid seeing 190 empty chairs, I will simply make the facilities smaller so the rooms feel more crowded. Just because I can not play all this extravaganza, it doesn't mean it's not there in my imagination :)
Btw: this household do not refer to their estate as a castle, but the lot is named "Chateau Peak", which they use. It's a quirky name for a Monarch's estate, I know, but perhaps it indicates that the massive military facilities were never present, as the building is less than 100 years old. So, very limited historical vibes involved, but a Monarch needs a seat where to reign from :)
