I have neighborhood stories completely off in some of my saves, others are on and slightly altered to my liking, while others are completely on.
In ones that are on, I have gotten calls that people want to extend their families, but that is about it.
Ones that have everything on, except death, and move in/out, I haven't played enough to get huge updates.
I also don't own the My Weddings pack, so I have no idea if that effects anything.
