There's one new trait, Paranoid. It gives some interesting perks. I think having a sim that has both Loner and Paranoid traits might be dangerous and so totally should be done. In fact, if you ever really wanted a sociopathic sim, then Loner, Paranoid, and Erratic would be the traits to have.
As to any that might actually be helpful, not sure yet. Picking up any Knowledge Aspiration which gives the Quick Learner trait seem to be ideal. Computer Whiz and Nerd Brain aspirations might be good for their ultimate reward traits.
