Im sick of the ads

It's worse than that. I can't even check my email without being deluged by EA ads for TS4. If there is any site that has ads, that is a site where we will find EA promoting this beast.

So all of their budgets are being used to pay for influencers and ads, no wonder why the devs always said "This one is expensive, and that one is expensive to make" or "We dont have enough budgets" for a game that is claimed to be 'successful' the amount of ads are way too frequent and the constant complaining about things being expensive to make from the devs is strange for a game that isnt an indie game.

My reaction. Lol. But, I rarely watch youtube and don't do much in the social media arena. We have our own private email addresses that everything gets forwarded to, so I never log into anything else.
I do have a FB page, but that's because I haven't lived near friends and family in 21 years and it's how we keep in touch. But all I've seen on my feed there is the occasional post from their FB page.

It doesn't come as a surprise to me that they'd have a lot of ads though.

They’re EVERYWHERE for me. Even in places where I’ve never sought out Sims content before. Don’t watch sims vids on YouTube, haven’t for a while now, but those new ads play before ever video no matter the category! Gaming videos? Understandable. Beauty videos? Commentary channels? News? Documentaries? It’s ridiculous. Sometimes they play back to back or even multiple times in the same video. They are definitely going overboard this time.

All I do is watch sim videos on youtube and I never seen an ad for this game

The most I see is recommendations on Facebook. It's like:

Don't see ads anywhere else, but the jokes on you EA, I already own The Sims.

I have been using adblockers since they were invented. I seriously can't understand people NOT using them. That's why I am surprised. People complaining about ads on youtube? It's their own fault for not stopping them.
Also, before anyone says anything: It is not more morally wrong to use an adblocker than it is to go to the bathroom at commercial breaks.
