I'm worried about open worlds

The sims 4 is partially open world and it causes nothing.
I mean when you walk on the vampire town, you are able to be at the main park from a house without having any loading in between.
oh oh that's open world to me I even almost believed the world word could be open just because they are nothing except houses and a big park.
Same when you are going to a fish point if you got a house and a fish point in the close surronding make sure you can go without any loading in between , same for digging site if I may express like this.
And when you walk your dog, you can go outside without loading screen !
So why are you afraid of open world in the sims 4 ? Especially the cities are flats and the maps very easy without obstacles and there are no risks of routine issues, the townies walks in street without any problems. I never use the resetsims cheat code in that game.
