I disagree. GPs are a focused pack. Focused on one entity or concept. It's why it's smaller but very focused and detailed on that one thing as the selling feature. EPs are broad with a broad spectrum of things to do that correlate with all packs and the base, even if you don't play with the main feature. As far as we know right now, horses are the main thing and very focused on those and time and money. It is a GP no matter how people try to spin it. ETA: New items in this pack, that are already in others or the base...sorry that's just cheap revised meshes and recolors.
I don’t see it that way. Horses are going to need a big world, plus they added other animals, and nectar making. I think it does justify making an EP out of it. I would have hated to get too small a world with this pack.
