I am glad the pulsing has been reduced, but I don’t think the cart should pulse at all.
Frankly, I don’t want it in the game. It’s not going to convince me to purchase things I’ve decided not to purchase, and even if it did somehow sell me on a new pack, I wouldn’t want to stop playing to purchase and install a dlc after I’d opened the game. I would buy dlc before I sat down to play. Not when I’m in the middle of making up a story.
I intend to use mods to remove the cart until Maxis removes it or gives us a toggle. And I really don’t use very many mods.
