The only sim I've had this happen with is a gardener who somehow became world famous for posting numerous gardening videos, and live streaming all of her gardening and flower arranging activities. She didn't have much of a social life, aside from her adoring bees and best friend Patchy. When she does go out in public, people gather around her, and she just freezes as she apparently doesn't know how to handle the attention. The sim will just look around with a vague smile while people throw confetti and cheer, not attempting to perform any autonomous actions, and only the need to pee will eventually snap her out of it and cause her to find the nearest bathroom.
