Del Sol Valley, I don't like that world at all. 3 lots in a neighbourhood is not enough to make it useful. I also really don't like the look of the world.
Close runner ups are magnolia promenade and forgotten Hollow. But I made a starter save for myself and added useful lots that give me a reason to visit these places.
